Minnesota Meeting Emphasizes Church Planting and Revitalization

MANKATO, Minn.—Grace Baptist Church hosted the Minnesota Association of Regular Baptist Churches annual meeting, Sept. 17-19.

The meeting focused on church revitalization and church planting, highlighted by the theme, “Step Up to the Plate.” Guest speaker Rev. Clare Jewell, GARBC National Coordinator for Church Planting and Director of Regular Baptist Builders Club, brought the keynote messages. Rev. Brad Hoff, Field Director with Continental Baptist Mission (CBM) led valuable workshops. Both speakers ably addressed the theme and gave attendees practical ideas on developing healthy churches to ready for planting new churches. The women enjoyed sessions led by Mrs. Joanne Hoff, CBM Office Assistant, and fellowship during a luncheon.

In a business session, the Minnesota association approved a new church to their fellowship, Berean Baptist Church, Winnebago, Minn. The fellowship has now added six churches to the association in the last five years.
