Kornegay_inlineBFP_300x600INDIANAPOLIS, Ind.—The Fundamental Baptist Fellowship Association enjoyed listening to the preaching of God’s Word, worshiping together, and reuniting with friends at its annual conference held at Marriott East Hotel, Indianapolis, July 21–23. Conferees were refreshed spiritually by centering their hearts and minds on the theme “How Shall We Then Live” (1 Peter 4:12).

A highlight of the conference was the presentation of the FBFA’s new publishing ministry, Baptist Fellowship Press, which has rolled out its first line of Sunday School curriculum designed for children in today’s urban church. “We’re thanking God for this huge step that He has allowed the association to take,” says Pastor Milton Kornegay, president of the FBFA. “We (the FBFA) are thankful to God for the GARBC and Regular Baptist Press for all their help in making this a reality! They worked tirelessly and gave us mucFBFA3_inline(1)h direction and help with this project.”

Representing Regular Baptist Churches, National Representative John Greening and Treasurer Michael Nolan were on hand to celebrate the birth of this publishing ministry with project leader Dr. William Hayes, the FBFA curriculum team, and conferees. After years of desiring curriculum designed to meet the needs of the urban church, applause and expressions of praise to the Lord broke out by conferees upon the curriculum’s presentation.
