Lead 770x400Merry Christmas from the staff of Regular Baptist Ministries! As the smiles on our faces reflect the joy we have in Christ, I am reminded at this Christmas season of the profound mercy described in John 3:17: “For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him.” The church is commissioned to proclaim this message of salvation through Christ. News outlets daily remind us of atrocities perpetrated by evil people. This bombardment of tragic accounts can cause us to develop an attitude more inclined toward revenge than mercy. Let us proclaim and practice Christ’s mercy. May God give you a blessed Christmas.
