PETOSKEY, Mich.—”Cider-Pressin’ Saints” of First Baptist Church gathered for their favorite tradition of fall: making cider.
For the outdoor gathering, Pastor Casey Smith picked apples from the parsonage’s trees, and church members contributed apples as well. Then everyone pitched in to make cider and enjoyed a cookout. Fred Hommel, a Sunday School teacher for a boys’ class, hosted the event.
While the group enjoyed the delicious homemade cider, the fun and fellowship everyone experienced were even sweeter.
