JASPER, Ind.—Every year, the town of Jasper celebrates its German heritage with a three-day Strassenfest, literally “street festival.” Over the 12 years of the festival’s existence, CrossPoint Fellowship Church has found many ways to serve its community and make itself known. This year, as it did last year, the church participated in the closing parade. Twenty-six people from CrossPoint walked in the parade while handing out over 2,400 Popsicles and 1,000 CrossPoint Fellowship pens and flyers.
