With the Lord: Pastor Ralph Burns

Pastor Ralph Burns entered the Lord’s presence on Wednesday, Jan. 5. Ralph Burns served as pastor of GARBC churches in Illinois, Indiana, and Ohio. He provided valuable leadership on state Regular Baptist councils and in his service with the Fellowship of Baptists for Home Missions. As the author of Basic Bible Truths, published by Regular Baptist Press, Pastor Burns has the distinction as penning the best-selling publication in RBP history. Ralph leaves behind his devoted wife, Dorothy; two daughters, Sharon Ross and Cherith Simmer; a son, Dennis Burns; 13 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
