PROPHECY UP CLOSE CONFERENCE
Friends of Israel presents a conference on the topic “Future Events, In Light of Today” on Saturday, April 2, at the Clarion Hotel, 5311 South Howell Ave., Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Friends of Israel states, “We live in a world that is experiencing massive and troubling changes. North America is in peril, Muslim nations are wreaking havoc, people are clamoring for new leadership as Europe is overwhelmed by immigrants, and Christianity is under attack. What does God think about all of this? Many of the events that are unfolding before us have been foretold by God is His Word. Come join us as we open the Scriptures and study the future in light of today.” Visit foi.org/prophecy to register or call 800.257.7843.

Carl Kerby, founding member of Reasons for Hope Ministry and apologetics presenter, will be the featured speaker April 8 and 9 at Northfield Baptist Church, Northfield, Ohio. It will feature challenging general sessions and practical workshops and exhibits—all to help workers become more excited and effective Christian servants.

CHURCH AND CULTURE CONFERENCE
The Wisconsin Association of Regular Baptist Churches’ spring conference will help today’s Christian think through Jesus’ mandate to love our enemies. Memorial Baptist Church, Verona, Wisconsin, will host the conference on Saturday, April 9. With terrorism specifically targeting Christianity on the rise and public scoffing at anything to do with Jesus becoming more brazen, how should today’s Christian respond? You are invited to attend this Church and Culture Conference, designed to encourage and strengthen the believer in Jesus Christ. Keynote speaker Irfan Abdullatif understands the difficulty in following Jesus’ command to radically love the radical opposition Christians face around the world. With a Middle Eastern background and a ministry to the Middle East, Irfan has a passion to help believers respond with compassion, for the simple reason that it is what Jesus has asked His followers to do. That proclamation continues, and many from the world’s nations continue to believe. To strengthen believers in their continued proclamation, the theme of this year’s Conference on the Church for God’s Glory is “The Theology and Practice of Evangelism.” First Baptist Church, Rockford, Illinois, invites you to attend on Monday, May 16. A book room offering gift books and an array of books by various Christian publishers will be available to pastors before 10:00 a.m., and to other conference attendees after the first session.
