NEW MEN’S STUDY BY RBP: 12 CLUELESS MEN12 Clueless Men

12 Clueless Men, by Regular Baptist Press author and GARBC National Representative John Greening, is an eight-lesson study of John 13—16 that follows Christ’s 12 apostles through eight scenes in the closing days before His death, resurrection, and ascension. As His teaching finally clicked with the disciples, they ceased being clueless and turned into a mighty force for the gospel. A pertinent topic for a men’s group or for individual study.

MAKING GOD’S WORD STICK IN OUR MINDS
Why is it that you can remember the childhood song “Zacchaeus Was a Wee Little Man” but struggle to memorize God’s Word? What makes childhood lyrics stay with you?

  • They were fun. (Remembering things as adults rarely includes games, motions, and all the best ways of learning.)
  • They included songs. (Take the “ABC” song. I sing it every time I have to put things in alphabetical order or use a paper dictionary.)

For the same type of pain-free memorizing that allows you to recall Scripture, check out www.bowmanduo.com. We write fun, memorable songs and teach interactive methods that get God’s Word stuck in your head and planted in your heart. When you join our e-mail list, you will receive our latest songs that you, your family, and your church can use to memorize Bible passages without even trying.
