GARBC Service Award Nominations
Has your Christian walk been impacted positively by a godly believer or couple in your church? Consider nominating that person (or persons) for the 2012 GARBC service award. By honoring those who have faithfully served the Lord, you will be paying tribute to them and encouraging others to follow their example. Deadline for nominations is March 30. Take time to express your gratitude. Nominate your beloved servant(s). (Read about past service award recipients.)

Laud Teen’s Service with GARBC Award

Nominate him or her for the 2012 GARBC student service award. Spread the good word about a teen through your nomination. Cut-off date for submissions is March 30. Minister with Chris Hindal in Ukraine
Chris Hindal, director of GARBC International Ministries, invites 15 pastors to the Ukraine Oct. 15–24. Each pastor, along with a fellow pastor, will have the opportunity to spend three days with a Ukrainian or Moldovan pastor, teach a class in the Bible institute (translated into Russian), or preach in a Ukrainian church. This 10-day trip will help a pastor discover effective and transferable methods for discipleship used in Ukraine and consider the possibility of partnering with CMI. To reserve your spot or for more information, contact Chris Hindal, 224.234.7401. Experience the Bible belt of Eastern Europe!

Eastern Europe was closed to missionaries until 1991, when the people were liberated from the communist stranglehold. In 1991 approximately 600 evangelical Baptist churches dotted the landscape of this country. Today there are 3,000. As students become engaged in formal Bible study, God is calling students into vocational ministry. This trip is hosted by Christian Ministries Institute, an ABWE affiliated ministry committed to organizing local church–based Bible institutes to raise the Biblical literacy of each church.

Churches Give to Association
