The essential gospel—by it we are saved and grow toward likeness to Christ. It is the powerful message we communicate to a lost world that can change the eternal destiny of people and transform their lives. The 2014 GARBC Conference will give focused attention in the preaching, worship, and workshops to “The Essential Gospel.”

Without the gospel, there is no hope and no mission as churches. Because of the gospel, pastors and wives, ministry leaders, church members, and families can fellowship together June 23–27 at the Hilton Bayfront Hotel in beautiful St. Petersburg, Fla. In addition to an enriching week in the Word, there will be many opportunities to experience outstanding restaurants, museums, sporting venues, beaches, and vacation sites Florida has to offer. Plan on attending the 2014 GARBC Conference! Registration is open.

Powerful Sermons Given to GARBC
A large collection of message recordings from GARBC conferences has been given to our association. Included are messages by R. T. Ketcham, Paul Jackson, Joseph Stowell, Ernest Pickering, John Balyo, and many others who were influencers of the association. The Resource Center staff desires to make these recordings available on our GARBC website. The collection of recordings is a treasured record of our association’s values and voice. The 500+ messages are an important account of fundamentalist thought that deserves to be preserved and made accessible to students of religious history.

The recordings are on fragile reel-to-reel tapes and need to be transferred to digital recordings. Accomplishing the goal of an online archive of conference messages will require funding. The project will cost about $15,000. Will you help fund this project to offer the archive free-of-charge to students and friends of theological fundamentalist preaching? You may mail your gift to the GARBC Resource Center or donate online. Please designate gifts with a note that says “GARBC Audio Legacy Project.”

Apply Now for GARBC Fellowship
Is your church not in the GARBC, but you are considering the possibility of fellowshipping in the association? The GARBC staff can help you by providing materials to distribute to your church family and by guiding you through the application process. Churches from Illinois, Minnesota, New York, and New Jersey have already submitted their applications for GARBC fellowship for approval at the 2014 GARBC Conference in June. Additional churches are proceeding with the application process. For pastors already in GARBC churches, please invite pastoral colleagues and their churches to fellowship in the association. Together our voice for truth can be stronger!
