CHURCH PLANTING AND REVITALIZATION FOCUS FOR MEETINGS
Clare Jewell, director of Regular Baptist Builders Club and Church Planting, will be interacting on the topics of church revitalization and church planting with Michigan Association of Regular Baptist Churches groups from Grand Rapids and eastern and central Michigan, Sept. 10–13. The regional meetings are part of the MARBC Core Values series, facilitated by Ken Floyd, MARBC executive director.
EASTERN MARBC TO FEATURE LESSONS ON LEADERSHIP
Lessons on leadership from the book of Nehemiah will be the topic for an upcoming Eastern Michigan Association of Regular Baptist Churches meeting, Sept. 16, at First Baptist Church, Caro, Michigan. Manning Brown, director of Regular Baptist Chaplaincy, will be the featured speaker.
BNN REFRESH RETREAT: LOOKING UPWARD
Cannon Beach, Oregon, provides a beautiful setting for the Baptist Network Northwest Refresh Retreat, Sept. 9–12. This year’s gathering will bring back to the Northwest featured speaker Pastor Curt De Graaff, former pastor of Silverdale Baptist Church (now GracePoint Church) in Bremerton, Washington. De Graaff, pastor of family life and counseling at Saylorville Church, Des Moines, Iowa, will be speaking on “Looking Upward to Go Onward” from Isaiah 40. NARBC CONFERENCE: SHAPED FOR SERVICE
An exposition of the book of Titus will enrich conferees attending the Nebraska Association of Regular Baptist Churches Conference, Sept. 27–28, at Park Lane Baptist Church, Omaha, Nebraska.
