Missionaries’ Home Destroyed
Please pray for Pastor Tim and Dawn Mattison of First Baptist Church, Wayland, Michigan. Fire destroyed the RV in which they have been living. Dawn received minor injuries when she jumped from the burning home. Their RV was insured, but the contents were not. They have lost all of their belongings. Pastor Tim and Dawn are missionaries with Continental Baptist Missions (CBM). If you would like make a donation to help replace their loss, you may send it to CBM, designating it to the “Mattison Relief Fund.” Cards and letters may be sent to the Mattisons at First Baptist Church, 3514 12th Street, Wayland, Michigan 49348.
Church Roof Collapsed
Please pray for the Heritage Baptist Church family of Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania. The roof of the church building’s family room collapsed
last weekend due to the weight of snow on the roof. The church is unable to use the room for the children’s ministries and adult groups or the connecting educational classrooms. The church family is praising the Lord that the cave-in happened during the night when no one was present in the building. Pray for Pastor David Culver and the leadership team as they plan for the demolition and rebuilding of the facility.
