Piedmont Baptist College Seeks Director of Development
Piedmont Baptist College and Graduate School, Winston Salem, N.C., is seeking a dynamic director of development who will ensure the school’s ability to pursue and expand its exciting vision of training Christian leaders across the country and around the world. You will enjoy the challenge of wearing a variety of development/fund-raising hats. You will work closely with the president and his management team to advance the mission and pursue the vision by developing and implementing a strategic fund-raising plan. Piedmont considers this one of the most important positions in the institution with real potential to advance to a vice-president level title/salary by meeting or exceeding performance expectations.

Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (master’s degree a plus)
• Five-plus years experience with a successful record in development or similar field
• Excellence in organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in computer skills including MS Office and Outlook
• Experience in (or capacity to quickly learn) using donor management and database software like Raiser’s Edge
• Essential agreement with PBC&GS’s statement of faith
