REGULAR BAPTIST MINISTRIES PRESENTS STRONGER CHURCH CONFERENCE
Stronger Church Conferences are coming this fall! Regular Baptist Ministries is offering valuable training for men and women in three tracks—church discipleship by David Gunn and Alan Wilson, church revitalization by John and Daria Greening, and church planting by Clare Jewell. The presenters desire to encourage and assist you in your ministry. All conference content is specially designed to help your church become stronger in its Great Commission work.

Three locations:

  • Sept. 22–23: Nottingham Baptist Church, Willoughby Hills, Ohio
  • Oct. 6–7: First Baptist Church, Nebraska City, Nebraska
  • Oct. 20–21: Shasta Bible College, Redding, California (sponsored by Sunrise Bible Church, Red Bluff, California)

No conference near you? Contact Alan Wilson to learn more about bringing the conference to your area.

NATIONAL REPRESENTATIVE SEARCH
The Council of Eighteen is seeking your input as they search for the next GARBC national representative. Informational letters regarding the search are on their way to every church in the association. If you have not already done so, please check out the National Representative Search website, where you will find announcement letters, the GARBC National Representative Ministry Profile, national representative survey/comment and recommendation forms, information updates, and the search committee personnel. The search committee will be receiving recommendations of candidates for the national representative office through Oct. 1.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR CHURCH PLANTS
The momentum for church planting continues to build. Two new church plants have already submitted grant applications to Regular Baptist Builders Club for this fall. Both churches are requesting help as they gear up to reach people with the gospel in their cities. We are anticipating at least two more applications in the next 30 days. Applications for fall funding must be submitted prior to Sept. 1.

If you are starting a church or considering planting a church, please contact us to see how we can provide funds and resources for your ministry. Regular Baptist Builders Club provides an opportunity for new church plants to receive up to $30,000 over three years. The Regular Baptist Builders Club board determines the approval of all funding. In addition, Regular Baptist Ministries offers resources and services such as Bible study curriculum, VBS material, website design, and community mailers. Learn more or contact Clare Jewell of Regular Baptist Builders Club and Regular Baptist Church Planting. He looks forward to hearing from you!

GEARING UP FOR INTERNATIONAL PARTNERNSHIP CONFERENCE
Chris Hindal, director of Regular Baptist International, and his wife, Deb, are preparing for the All-Partners Conference to be held in Manila, Philippines, Nov. 6–10. Every four years the international partnership hosts this conference for pastors and ministry leaders around the world. The Hindals are looking for sponsors to help pastors pay for their registration. Your donation of $150 will enable a national pastor to attend the conference. Can you make that happen? Donate online, by phone, or by mail. For online or check donations, note “Fund #9002.” By sponsoring a pastor, you will not only encourage him in his work, but also help build up fundamental Baptist churches around the world. For further information, contact Chris Hindal.

GARBC CONFERENCE VIDEOS
Were you unable to attend the 2017 GARBC Conference but would like to see friends, colleagues, and the Sandy Cove facility? Check out the videos below. A special thank-you to Joshua Huang, who sacrificially shared his time and talent in assisting Darrell Goemaat, photography director for Regular Baptist Press, with photo coverage and producing the following videos.

Plan now to join us June 26–29 for the 2018 GARBC Conference in the northeast Indianapolis suburb of Fishers!
