The response to the conference relocation to Faith Baptist Bible College Ankeny, Iowa has been overwhelming! We are anticipating an outstanding Conference and expecting God to do a great work in our hearts and Fellowship.
Wednesday night is a special “All-Iowa” event. Jim and Jeannie Vogel are hosting encouraging sessions for pastors and wives at 6:00 p.m. You will receive a gift when you attend. The thrilling evening service begins at 7:00 p.m. with a concert of worship and testimony followed by a stirring message preached by Duke Crawford of Mt. Pleasant, Iowa. Indoor seating is available in the Convocation Center. There will be an overflow tent with seating, for 250. In addition, we ask you to bring your lawn chairs or blankets. Speakers will broadcast the service to the lawn.
Please come prepared to participate in an emergency response on behalf of the churches and communities that have experienced devastation in recent days. Our efforts will be two-fold. Baptist Builders Club will be taking monetary donations for its Emergency Fund. One church told us they are bringing a special $400 offering to assist sister churches in the Association. Also we are receiving donations of basic canned goods and baby care supplies. These items may be dropped off at the Baptist Builders Club exhibit booth. Your generous assistance will help others in need!
See you at the Conference! Don’t miss this special gathering. A relocation can be a good thing!
