Deadline to register: March 1, 2007  

Early Registration Fee: $50 if postmarked by February 15, 2007

Late Registration Fee: $65 if postmarked between February 16 and March 1.

Because of the need to plan state competitions, we cannot accept entries postmarked after March 1.
